solid stay near the beach

refreshing swimming pool varied breakfast helpful staff spacious room

the swimming pool was very refreshing. the breakfast offered many options, including vegetarian choices. the staff were always ready to help with tours and any questions i had, it was useful. the room was clean and quite spacious, i appreciated this.

There was a slight musty smell in the room. Maybe because of the closeness to the sea, not a major issue though.

the staff consistently greeted me with a smile. the pool service and bar staff were really good. they created a cute atmosphere and quickly addressed requests, i felt valued.

the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the main tourist areas. the swimming pool had a swim-up bar. the pool's water temperature was perfect for cooling off, it was great after a hot day.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. it featured both intercontinental and local dishes. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the main beach area.. this was quite helpful. the pool area was very clean with the ph levels visibly checked daily.

relaxing stay with good amenities

breakfast variety excellent swimming pool reliable wifi

the breakfast had a wide variety of options and good quality. the swimming pool is excellent. areas around the pool make it quite conducive to having more people while still relaxing. wifi worked perfectly well throughout the premises. the bathroom had a bath-tub, always a bonus for me.

i found the shower temperature difficult to regulate , with only hot or cold options available. this made it a bit challenging to have a comfortable shower.

the hotel pool is large and clean , with a waterfall and varying depths from 100 to 160 cm. there are beautiful canals with lotuses where frogs live.

front desk staff were polite and ready to help with various things . staff generally responded promptly to requests and maintained very good cleaning standards in the rooms throughout the stay.
